Ciphasoul Communications was founded in 2003 with 3 friends, and a vision. Reaching the masses with art and creativity through poetry, and provide sound management so artist were paid for their work. Specializing in customized poetry, Ciphasoul created personal works that included wedding vows, proposal poems, birth announcements, personal empowerment, and a host of other literary works for a broa
d spectrum of clientele. In addition to creating one-of –a-kind poetry, the primary focus was bringing the art form of the spoken word through poetry and hip-hop with artist management. Over time virtual personal assistant service were added to those artists that did not require in-person access. After a 3 year hiatus and shift in staff, in 2009 the company re-emerged with a new mission bridging art with technology. The vision remained the same. Maintaining the foundation personalized poetry and performance booking is available by appointment under the Communications platform. The new platform provides artists the opportunity to focus on their art, while providing the virtual business management that was not just limited to “assistant” work. Ciphasoul expanded to brand promotion, marketing, booking, scheduling, web development, social media management, and client mentoring. The team has assisted with small business web project, business management, product releases, and proposal creation.
