Our Greeley, CO Custom Fabrication Shop is looking to fill a full-time position for an experienced and talented Fabrication Specialist/Certified Welder to join the team. We need someone who can read blueprints and assemble shop drawings. You will need to
be able to weld using differing methods and equipment. Having a strong background with MIG is a necessity. As the Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for
working with a variety of fabrication machinery and tools to include, but not limited to, the Lincoln Welders, CNC Plasma Table, Tube Steel Bender, Large Band Saw, and Plasma
Tube Steel Cutter. This team tackles custom fabrication projects and they provide our customers with high end telecom products such as Welded Towers, Solar Structures, Metal Comm Shelters, Camera Mounting Poles, and so much more.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years work experience within a Fabrication Facility.
• Professional certification from the American Welding Society (AWS) preferred.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds.
• Exceptional knowledge and experience in MIG welding.
• Ability to operate different types of fabrication equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Hardworking and detail-oriented individual.
• Ability to work in a team and independently as and when required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.

Pay range is $35 - $45/HR based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
• Climb towers to assist in installation, maintenance, replacement, and troubleshooting of wireless equipment based on direction from Foreman, Manager, and/or experienced team members on tower and rooftops structures
• Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE
• Perform manual labor on a regular basis
• Lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Will adhere to the company's Health, Safety and Environment Program, (including but not limited to): RF, PPE, Fall Protection, Right to Know, Aerial Lift, Hand & Power Tools, Safe, Lifting
• Ability to travel regularly and flexible to work long unpredictable hours to include weekends as needed

We design, implement and support wireless microwave communications systems fulfilling all facets of system design, turn-key installation, systems servicing and systems maintenance. We do not work in the cellular industry.
Required Skills:
Three years’ experience in tower construction in a Project Lead position.
Knowledge of the tower construction and processes.
Microwave communications equipment knowledge.
Turnkey communication site buildout
Grounding system background.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented .
General computer background.
Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel.
Ability to shift direction based on client restrictions and or changes/updates.
Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety needs.
Ability to give direction and make decisions related to finances, the company’s reputation, and crewmembers.
Ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments.
Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.
