The Edison is an All-Tube EF86 preamp that will make any signal sound warmer, fuller, and louder. It's favored by bass players as an "always on" effect but can be used in a variety of other ways:

1. Use it to warm up your reverb or delay pedals, or to overdrive your distortion pedals.

2. Put it in the fx loop of your amp to drive the power amp harder and make it sound better.

3. Use it last in your chain on your pedalboard and into your amps fx return to bypass your amps preamp entirely.

4. Combine it with our for a Class A, all-tube experience for home and recording.

5. Use it to record your instrument direct with your recording interface and get a beautiful, mix-ready tone.
