As Omega’s Prepress Manager, Tony makes sure every file is production-ready before it hits the press. After joining Omega nearly 4 years ago as a Prepress Operator, he worked his way up to leading the prepress team through expertise, dedication, and a sharp problem-solving mindset.
Tony’s favorite part of the job is troubleshooting. In prepress, every project brings something new, and he enjoys finding creative solutions that keep jobs moving efficiently.
What most people don’t realize is how much work happens behind the scenes before a file is truly print-ready. Even the simplest projects often require careful adjustments to ensure flawless production.
Tony takes pride in spotting Omega’s work "out in the wild", especially at places like Wawa, and knowing he helped bring it to life. While he jokes that the coffee machine is his favorite tool, he credits Microsoft Teams for keeping communication strong and collaboration seamless.
For Tony, Omega’s culture is what stands out most - a team built on respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering great work.
