Every print job has a story, and behind every project is a team making it happen. Meet Gracie!

As an Administrative Assistant, Gracie is the final stop in the print process, handling everything from invoicing and payments to the behind-the-scenes details that keep things running smoothly.

Gracie has been part of Team Omega for a little over 3 years, starting as a Digital Marketing intern before transitioning to a Digital Marketing Assistant and eventually joining the Administration department.

Her favorite part of the job? Following a project from start to finish and seeing an idea come to life as high-quality print. When clients take the time to share how happy they are with the finished project, that’s what makes it all worthwhile.

Gracie's favorite machine in the shop is the envelope stuffer! She says, “The ASMR is on point.” 👏

Every print job has a story, and it starts with the people behind it. Meet Santos!

As an Installer with our Florida team, Santos has been part of Omega for 3 years. Whether it’s a big install or a more challenging job, his favorite part is knowing he can count on his coworkers to get it done together.

Something people may not realize about the installation process? Everything is a team effort. Proper planning and timing can make all the difference when it’s time to bring a project to life. Santos takes pride in seeing how happy a customer is and how pleased they are with the finished installation.

His favorite tool in the shop is the small laminator, but he’s looking forward to learning more about operating our cutter in the future!

We’re proud to have Santos on the team! 👏
