This new version includes the following:

+ Intercompany Transfers
+ ACH payment file generation
+ Express Service Tickets
+ FedEx Shipping integration
+ New document management options on Work Orders and BOMs

Clients with current SMA's will automatically receive v18 if they have chosen to have the product shipped directly to them. Otherwise, the upgrade will be sent to their reseller.

• Significant speed and performance enhancements
• Additional Available to Promise tools
• An improved Shopify integration

The September eNotes builds on the August editions introduction of the new BOM options in ALERE v16, covering the real world application of the Phantom Variable, Adjustable Raw Material and Two Dimensional Formula.

The eNotes also introduces a new option in the Analytics module: Items by Profitability.

Long time users are familiar with ALERE’s unique BOM concepts of both Modular and Variable structures. These options have long assisted companies in consolidating BOMs, reducing overhead, and acting as a rules-based configurator for manufacturing and sales personnel.

ALERE's latest release will add three additional options to the BOM including: a Variable Phantom, Adjustable Raw Material, and the ability to embed a Two-Dimensional formula.

Some basic examples are provided to help you visualize how the new BOM options will affect your manufacturing environment, as well as provide a more extensible configurator to your sales group. The September eNotes will build upon this version with more in-depth explanations and examples
