Another Lunch & Learn in the books! Our technicians came together to share a meal and work through a recent client issue that turned into a real teachable moment.

We talked through triage questions, how to improve them, the tools and documentation available to us, and how to keep those resources updated and ready for the next call. It was also a great opportunity for our Help Desk team to learn alongside more experienced technical resources and build confidence in their decision-making.

And this meal was extra special: one of our employees' wives made it, and she owns her own business! We love supporting our employees' families and the businesses they pour their hearts into.

We recently had the opportunity to visit the historic Landmark Theatre in downtown Syracuse for an open house.

Dawn McQuown and Megan Cooper enjoyed learning about the theatre’s rich history, admiring its stunning architecture, and gaining a deeper understanding of the unique challenges of integrating modern technology into a historic structure.

Thank you to Executive Director Mike Intaglietta and Director of Annual Giving Abigail Scaduto for sharing the Landmark’s story and its role in our community. The visit gave us a clearer understanding of the theatre and how we can continue collaborating effectively.

What an incredible landmark, and an amazing tour!
