Matrix is hiring! Weβre looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Contract Administrator to manage invoicing, payments, and contract documentation. This role supports both finance and administrative operations and requires strong organization and follow-through.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and send customer invoices
-Apply payments and track accounts receivable balances
-Follow up on past-due accounts
-Maintain accurate AR records and reports
-Prepare, track, and maintain contracts and related documents
-Monitor contract dates, renewals, and billing terms
-Coordinate with internal teams on contract and billing details
Qualifications:
-2+ years in accounts receivable, contract administration, or similar role
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
-Strong written and verbal communication skill
