Somebody thinks what the smart-contracts (Solidity) knowledge is enough to get employed as a Blockchain developer. But If they really going to, they also need to know MetaMask and JavaScript interactions with a blockchain on a web page.

Any business is built on top of tabular data. Even for video games, banhammers are given by the administration according to the table of all users with a subquery for the competitions where cheats were applied...

Developing a new datagrid component for every new project during the proof of concept stage would be prohibitively expensive as 9 out of 10 startups will fail. But I think thats the reason why there are so many failures. If the data is well structured, you know the market feedback.
No one wants to build great internal data tools from scratch. Based on my experience of employment to successfully launched businesses I made data structuring guidelines and opensourced It.
