Other than one tower that got blown over in the storm out by Laura, we are totally back online. Thank you for your patience, it was a doozy of a storm.

A quick (read as: lengthy) update on the network --

Out of the last 4 storms this one was probably the worst for us. 45,000 people are without power according to Ameren in our area and those guys are working hard to bring power back online.

Our batteries ran as long as they could but some of our towers are offline due to dead batteries and no power. Tomorrow we'll be back at it again running batteries to towers that need them.

Special shout-out to our technicians Jeff and Jerick. They really went above and beyond for us, braving the storms this morning to replace some of our battery back-up systems. That brought our fiber point online for our Alexis-area customers. Without them, things would have been a lot worse. Give them a pat on the back next time you see them!

Current outages right now for us are in Stronghurst/Biggsville area, as well as the Little York area. We're hoping power is restored soon, otherwise we will be out to swap more batteries if able.

Thank you to all our customers and your patience. We really appreciate you, your understanding, and your kindness, and we're sorry for any inconvenience right now for those who do have power at home, but no internet yet. Soon we should be back to normal.
