At Doberman we use a variety of tools, including a Password Management tool. While we don't use the recently compromised vendor, LastPass, we do think it is important to look at the facts. It's always easy to get nervous and lost in assumptions when there are so many risks in the digital world.

Let's look at some of the facts we know so far:

- This was a development/source code breach
- No user data or passwords were compromised
- Encrypted password vaults were also not compromised
- The company came forward with this information and has been very forthright and accountable
