btained through a relationship with the largest retailer on the planet. We purchase overstock or items that are being removed from the shelves to make way for new models, and we buy in bulk lots which allows us to obtain a price discount. We then pass this on to the consumer by undercutting the lowest price that a particular item can be purchased for online. Our other merchandise is generally purchased from stores and specialty boutiques going out of business, having major sales, or as overstock being discounted to make way for new inventory. As with electronics, we buy in bulk to obtain a discounted price. We occasionally sell lightly used pre-owned electronics, display models or open box electronics, when we think an item represents a good value and is in excellent to like new condition. And, we sometimes refurbish computers by adding upgrades to such items before sale. We will always clearly indicate whether an item is new, used, refurbished, a display model or open box item. We use a variety of shipping methods but mainly Fed Ex Home Delivery or Ground, or USPS Priority or First Class. We ship items the same or next business day. Generally an item is prepared for shipment the day of the order, and picked up by the carrier the following day. However, we do often get orders into the afternoon daily pickup if received early in the day. We accept returns of unopened items in original condition for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping, and while we do not charge a restocking fee we do have to charge whatever the original shipping cost was to ship the item to you. We handle return requests and refunds promptly. If an item is defective upon receipt, we will pay to ship them item back to us and will issue a full refund plus any shipping paid by the buyer. A buyer should contact us immediately in a case of defect with a description of the defect and a return request. We will then issue a shipping label for the return. Items should be carefully packed and shipped back within 5 business days of receipt of the shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it for the defect complained of, and issue a refund within 24 hours. Please note that we have occasionally had buyers who have been dishonest about a defect to avoid paying any return or original shipping fees. We value our customers and want them to be happy with every aspect of their purchase. But we are a small company and cannot afford to let ourselves be taken advantage of by such tactics. If you wish to do a return but cannot afford the return shipping costs, please do not claim there is a defect to avoid paying for shipping. Contact us and we will work something out. Please note, that with all electronics and especially computers, any upgrades performed by the buyer or installation of software which are not explicitly authorized by the manufacturer may damage an item or cause it to malfunction. Return request for such items will be honored. However, if we determine that there has been damage caused by the customer either by installing or uninstalling hardware or software, or through misuse or abuse, we will charge a restocking fee equivalent to our costs to repair the damage as well as all associated shipping costs. Please, if you do not know what you are doing, do not attempt to work on a computer you have purchased. We are happy to respond to any questions or provide technical support if you have any issues with a purchase. Do not attempt to make repairs unless you are prepared to be held responsible should things go wrong. We are an honest company, and consider every potential buyer a friend we just haven't met yet. And that is how we deal with everyone. We aren't out to scam or take advantage of anyone, or rip anyone off.
