A few weeks ago, we wrapped up this year’s User Conference in Greenville, and we’re still thinking about some of the standout moments.

Something new is coming to CrescentLink.

Service Suite adds the ability to create and manage Circuits, Services, and Leases, right inside the platform you already use for your physical network.

Right now, tracking what's running on your network usually means stepping outside your GIS. Spreadsheets to track strand assignments. Diagrams that are outdated the moment something changes. Assignment tables that live nowhere near your actual map.

Service Suite brings that information into CrescentLink itself. One place to see the physical path and the service riding on top of it, together.

Coy joined GEOGRAPH five years ago today, and he's spent that time making sure our customers actually know how to use CrescentLink, not just log into it.

As Senior GIS Training Manager, he leads onboarding for new customers and keeps existing ones sharp through ongoing training. If your team has had a smooth start with GEOGRAPH, there's a good chance Coy had something to do with it.
