Important: Microsoft is pushing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on M365 users. MFA or 2FA, as it is sometimes referred to, is when you have to use a 2nd method of verifying your identity when you log on to a website or application, such as your bank. Many of you are already using MFA. Some may already be using MFA to sign into their M365 or Gmail account. If so, this post is not for you. You are already protecting your account 99% better than someone who doesn't use MFA. If you receive a message from Microsoft that MFA is now required, or you would like to turn on MFA to protect your email from unauthorized access, the following short video should make the process easy.
