We are excited to announce that Robert McCoy has officially joined JAG Resources as our Chief Operating Officer.
Robert proudly served in the United States Marine Corps before earning an engineering degree from North Carolina State University and later an MBA. What sets him apart is how he has built his career. From tower climber and construction manager to project manager, program manager, business owner, and executive consultant, he has worked at every level of this industry, and it shows in how he thinks and leads.
Since 2023, Robert has served as a consultant and trusted advisor, helping strengthen our operations, improve processes, support strategic growth, and challenge us to think bigger about what JAG can become.
He has also led complex operations, quality assurance, and technology initiatives, including serving as the architect of a nationally recognized UAS (drone) program. Beyond his professional career, Robert has invested his time in advancing the industry through leadership and advisory roles with NWSA, TIA, NATE, and the Commercial UAV Expo.
As COO, Robert will lead our operational ex*****on as JAG grows and diversifies, driving the consistency, accountability, and capacity we need to take on larger, more complex projects across the country.
Most importantly, Robert shares the values that define JAG. He believes our people are our greatest asset and that safety, integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service are the foundation of everything we do.
As JAG continues to grow, we're excited to have Robert helping lead our next chapter.
