A DOUBLE DIP OF GOOD KARMA AT THE POND TODAY! We started our day behind the cameras, working on a special video project for the Providence Foundation, helping raise funds for new breast cancer equipment.

Lights, Camera… Wait, Where'd the Power and Internet Go?!

Some of our favorite video shoots are actually for internal projects, which means they don't always make it onto social media. But that doesn't make them any less fun to produce!

This particular shoot was for our good friends of the pond at The Human Bean, and let's just say it was one for the books!

We had a LONG, detailed shot list, a great crew, and a full day of filming planned. What we didn't plan for? A bucket truck traveling down Rossanley Drive taking out the power AND internet, and shutting down the street for several hours! 😳⚡

But hey, that's production! You can plan every shot down to the smallest detail, but you can't always plan for the unexpected. And despite a few curveballs, the energy never missed a beat! Plenty of laughs, great teamwork, and a whole lot of fun made this one of those shoots we'll be talking about for a while.

Another website launch that has our tails wagging! We're excited to share that the brand-new The Joy of Wagging website went live this past week, and we're proud to have been part of bringing it to life!

From positive reinforcement dog training to locally made treats, handmade toys, and just about everything to make your four-legged friend's tail wag, The Joy of Wagging is all about making life with your dog happier!

And speaking of happy dogs… our very own Abbie got a special treat from Mariah for making an appearance on the new site!

Let's just say she approves!

Some workdays are pretty hard to beat. Our trip to Dana Point to cover the 2nd Annual H&S Energy Golf Tournament was one of those days.

Great weather, a beautiful course, an incredible group of people—and most importantly, the opportunity to capture the generosity of H&S Energy Group, their vendors, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and employees as they came together to raise an incredible $150,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Email scammers can be pretty entertaining sometimes…Today, one apparently scraped our website, found one of our “employees,” and sent a very professional request to update her direct deposit information.

The email ended with:

“Kind regards,
Abbie Rose
Head of Pawsitive Energy”

Nice try...If you know the pond, you know Abbie Rose would NEVER sign an email “Kind regards.” She’s a little more demanding than that.

And there’s another problem with their plan: Abbie is already very well compensated.
