Who We Are
We are a team of ex-contractors, homeowners, and entrepreneurs dedicated to making home renovation as simple as possible. What We Do
We help homeowners both budget their renovation projects and connect with trusted contractors just by answering a few easy questions online. Our unique online tool analyzes pricing data from thousands of renovation projects to provide you an accurate and detailed estimate for your project. Then we use a 13-point matching system to connect you to a vetted, certified contractor from our network of local experts. Why We Do It
After years of renovating homes, founder Will Mitchell was frustrated by the amount of time he spent reviewing and clarifying bids from contractors. Existing websites promising to connect homeowners to contractors were unable to detail a project’s estimate cost. Determined to fill the gaps left by other companies, Renovate Simply was created to provide a hassle-free way for homeowners to both set a realistic budget and find a reliable contractor.
