💙 Employee Ownership Month: Giving Back Together!💙

Our employee owners from our Dublin and Cincinnati offices recently rolled up their sleeves to make a difference in our communities!

Our Dublin team volunteered at Mid-Ohio Food Collective’s Mid-Ohio Market on Norton Road in Columbus, OH, which provides essential food items at no cost to individuals and families in need. Our team helped restock shelves, sort fresh produce, and assist shoppers.

Our Cincinnati team volunteered at Matthew 25: Ministries at their Mrs. Yeaggy’s Kitchen on Kenwood Road in Cincinnati, OH, preparing food and helping create a welcoming space for those who serve others.

Matthew 25: Ministries provide vital humanitarian aid and disaster relief to people in need locally and around the world.

It was a great way to spend part of Employee Ownership Month — putting our ownership values into action and making a positive impact in our community.

Twenty-five years later, we remember.

On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced a loss that words can never fully capture. Thousands of lives were taken, families were forever changed, and countless heroes ran toward danger to help others.

Today, we remember every life lost and every family who continues to carry that loss. We honor the first responders, military members, volunteers, and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage, compassion, and selflessness in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

September 11 reminds us that behind every headline were people—parents, children, spouses, friends, coworkers, and neighbors whose lives mattered deeply.

As a company and as a community, we pause today with gratitude for those who served, compassion for those who continue to grieve, and a renewed commitment to the values that brought us together in the days that followed: unity, resilience, kindness, and looking out for one another.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
