Job Description:
3 years of experience in US Staffing is highly preferred.
Extensive understanding of job descriptions, demonstrate it through research ability.
Help peers in forming string and keywords based on requirement.
Sourcing candidates through job boards such as Monster.com, Dice.com, etc...
Demonstrative experience working through professional and social networking sites.
Qualifying candidates before technical screening.
Coordinating interviews internally and with clients.
Negotiating salary and benefits.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize changing workloads.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Logic Soft is having a 6 Weeks of Business Analyst Training & Placement starting on March 7th which includes 5 Weeks of Business Analyst Training and 1 week of QA & SQL training. Classes is every Saturday 9am to 12pm and Sunday 9am to 12pm for 6 weeks. Training includes homework, assignments and practice on In-House projects. After the training, we place them on Business Analyst positions at our clients.
