Cybersecurity starts with everyday habits—and every employee plays a role in protecting your organization.

Five simple ways your team can reduce security risks:

- Use strong passwords: Create unique passwords or passphrases with at least 12 characters, and consider using a password manager.

- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA): Add another layer of protection to email, work accounts, and other important systems.

- Keep software updated: Install updates promptly to address security vulnerabilities.

- Think before you click: Watch for suspicious emails, unexpected attachments, unusual links, and requests for sensitive information.
