My pleasure!

So thankful to have a relaxed lunch and catch-up session with my sweet friend Positively Sharon Hendry Art. Afterward, we walked over to Pearl Gallery Galveston to see some of her latest pieces. It was a terrific reminder to me to fit more times like this into my sometimes chaotic calendar!

It’s always a treat to meet up with other artists in person when you’ve been zooming together. Colleen Attara came all the way from New Jersey and we shared alot of art chatting in one afternoon. Now It is my turn to go visit her studio! ✈️

I'm looking forward to showing them at the July ArtWalk in Galveston at Pearl Gallery.

Something unexpected happened on the Summer Solstice during my time with Whitney's paint jam.

I turned up the chants and meditative music, listened to wise women speak, and let color take the lead. Bright shapes appeared. Words surfaced. Layers of joy, light, and possibility found their way onto the surface.

This is the beginning of a new Solstice Series—an exploration of color, energy, and intention.

More pieces are on the way, and if all goes as planned, the collection will make its debut at the July ArtWalk.

For now, here's a glimpse. 🌞✨

June newsletter is on it's way.

In 2015, I walked into an empty loft in a nonprofit art space on Market Street in Galveston Texas. With the help of fellow creatives, I transformed it into a studio, gallery, and learning space. Over the years, we made messes and memories there. We splashed colors on canvases and layered images in...
