🤝 Community is our cornerstone. From youth programs to local grants, we invest in the people who make Kansas great.

In 2013 the Nex-Generation Round-Up for Youth organization was started to give back to the youth in our area and to create awareness and opportunity for students. Then in 2018, construction and operations begin for Young AmeriTowne in Lenora, KS.

Moundridge & Oberlin will be closed all day. All other offices will be closing at 11am to allow for travel time. The Help Desk will remain open as normal if you’re in need of assistance. 888-565-3200

Nex-Tech and our retired mascot, Lightning Jack, have teamed up to bring some of our communities some extra cash! Each month we will provide a clue for the LOCATION of Lightning Jack and the LANDMARK where he can be found. Be the first to find him, and bring him into the local Nex-Tech Store to receive $75 Nex-Tech account credit to celebrate our 75th anniversary!

Our adventure continues eastward, where oil heritage and presidential history meet. Set your compass for a city named after a famous settlement, known for its strong community spirit and as the boyhood home of a U.S. president.

Once you’ve arrived, let the glow of the marquee lights guide your way downtown to architectural triumphs of the 1940s. Seek out the iconic venue where classic films and live performances dazzle the crowd, and through a community-led rescue in 2000 was preserved by those who believe in the magic of the silver screen.

HINT: Nex-Tech launched services in this town in 2006!

We were thrilled to host the 2026 Broadband & BBQ at our new Salina Sunflower Building! This event brought together industry leaders, legislators, broadband companies and customers to discuss the future of broadband in Kansas.

The Communications Coalition of Kansas (CCK) brought all of these parties together to highlight the importance of broadband expansion in Kansas. Nex-Tech is proud to advocate for and to provide fiber broadband to central and western Kansas.
