During business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, when you call us, by pressing the "1" button, you will be connected to a "REAL" person. They will listen to your needs and take notes. If they cannot help you, the information will be passed to someone who can. We have a technician on call 24/7, and when they call you back after hours, you will be speaking to a "REAL" person. Again, they will assist you in any way possible. AI and BOTS offer many ways to increase efficiency and make us more productive, but when you have a problem and need a solution, speaking to a "REAL" person starts the process and immediately lowers your stress level!
