In these days of big corporate, is there still room for "Family Owned Businesses?" I sure hope so because that's what we are, over 40 years in. During business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, when you call us, by pressing the "1" button, you will be connected to a "REAL" person. They will listen to your needs and take notes. If they cannot help you, the information will be passed to someone who can. We have a technician on call 24/7, and when they call you back after hours, you will be speaking to a "REAL" person. Again, they will assist you in any way possible. AI and BOTS offer many ways to increase efficiency and make us more productive, but when you have a problem and need a solution, speaking to a "REAL" person starts the process and immediately lowers your stress level!

Are you confused about Cloud, Hosted, or VoIP Telephony? Three (3) words describe where telecom is headed (already there for most). It is efficient and simple to use. You can have a desk telephone (like you always did) and an "app" on your cellphone. Unlike a premise telephone system (an onsite "box" that operates your business telephones), cloud telephony allows you to answer calls from customers and clients anywhere you are. If your internet is down or the electric power in your facility is down, as long as the cellular network is operational, you can answer incoming calls. It feels like just yesterday when I purchased our first State of Delaware business license on July 2, 1984. Looking back, I'm filled with pride at how far we've come and the relationships we've built along the way.

From day one, our mission has been clear: provide top-notch technology solutions with a personal touch. We've never lost sight of that goal, even as we've grown and expanded our services. Today, I'm proud to say that we still answer the phone live during business hours, just as we did when we started. It's this commitment to personalized service that has helped us build and maintain a fantastic customer base over the years.
