The Updates Management Portal allows the user to purge, delete, remove, or update a record in the database such as purging a resident and all relevant attachments such as the resident's pet and vehicle all at the same time; removing a vehicle from the database in the event a resident trades in their vehicle for a different one; deleting a pet from the database in the event that the pet is no longer in the community; updating 'Status' and 'Percent Complete' information for company/subcontractor/vendor work projects and general maintenance and unit maintenance work activities; updating the 'Operating Condition' of a single component in the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing system.

Next, you may create your general entries such as adding a Resident, Pet, Vehicle, etc. in the General Management Portal. This will be an ongoing process as guests move in and out of your community.
