As the Situation with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) keeps rapidly growing, We are remaining vigilant and adhering to all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local authorities, and wanted to alert you to some potential changes that could affect certain support channels in the coming days.
-First, all on-site Installations, Site Surveys, Inspections, and Service Calls scheduled for March 23 through March 27 will be postponed until further notice.
-Our Commercial office will remain closed for customers and vendors. Our support team will be available regular hours.
-We will be taking care of all critical service calls as usual.
-Our phone services will remain active and it won’t be affected. If you need support, please contact us via email or give us a call.
