They are working on a power issue at the 7th Street Water tank which required us to shut off power to that tower. This will affect some customers south of HWY 84. The electrician is enroute and will be working on it this morning. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

YouTube seems to be having issues at this time. This is not related to your connection as many providers are having the same issue. We have had a few calls about this but it is an issue on their end.

We are aware of a power outage that is affecting equipment on the 7th Street Water tank. Crews have been dispatched to restore power to that location.

Crews are currently being dispatched to check an issue with the tower on 7th Street. Some customers may be experiencing Internet issues. We will post updates as they are made available.

Replacing a radio that was damaged this morning. New radio is on-site and we are in the process of configuring and connecting it to the system.

Completed some unplanned maintenance on the 7th Street watertank. Any speed issues that may have occurred this evening should be resolved. Give us a call if you still have issues after a reboot. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We are monitoring the potential storm that is predicted to affect the area tonight and tomorrow. At eDonalsonville, we have monitoring system in place to help us know when an outage occurs and to quickly bring customers back online. We do not expect any impact to our main systems, but will continue to monitor throughout the weekend.

If you are experiencing issues with service, check here first. We will post any major outages to our network here along with updates as systems are brought back online.

We are currently working on a fiber issue with our upstream provider. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. Our team is maintaining contact with the provider until the issue is resolved for all customers. We apologize for any inconveniences to you, our customers.
