We have officially entered another round of "Squirrels vs. Ignite Broadband"… and unfortunately, the squirrels are winning. 🐿️😭

Customers in the HWY 49 E, Hamble Rd., Millers Chapel Rd., Bloom Landing, Old Metal Rd., Dallas Rd., Shelter Branch Rd., and surrounding areas are experiencing a service outage due to wildlife chewing on our fiber lines. Our crews have located the damage and are actively working to complete repairs. 💪

We know this is an especially frustrating update because several recent outages in this area have been caused by similar wildlife-related damage. Trust us—we're just as tired of these furocious friends as you are! 🐿️😅

With extensive repairs required, we anticipate service being restored by this evening. ‼️ We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while our team works to get everyone back online as quickly as possible.
