We want to start by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! We are less than 3 months from our annual Make-A-Wish benefit, so mark your calendars for March 18th!

We are going to start having a monthly technology topic for this page to grow our following, and to become more involved with our current followers / customers! We are doing this in order to educate, bring awareness, and discuss the ever evolving technology world with our current customer / follower base and hopefully new customers / followers. This months topic is going to be PCI / DSS compliance with the main focus of how it affects home / remote workforce and how you may be liable and not even know it!

Did you know that Geek on the Go has the equipment to transfer your home videos to digital files from VHS and DVD to easy to store files? We also have scanning technology here to scan your pictures at high quality and negatives even to store your memories for life! We recommend the 3-2-1 rule for storing data and this includes your priceless memories. 3 copies of your data in 2 locations. If you would like a quote on these services give us a call. We also still have a few of those sale laptops left if you are interested this deal won't be around much longer. Plenty of bang for your buck with the HP laptop on the previous post! Thank you and have a great afternoon!

I picked up a deal on these and purchased a pallet. The order was for a cruise ship so they had open boxes but returned and are just like brand new. Same warranty,, specs etc. I have a few out there already for awhile and they can attest to the performance. If you would like more information give us a call! These machines are great for students from grade school up to college level. Thank you for checking it out!

Good afternoon everyone! Just wanted to post a reminder that we are here to assist any families having issues getting or implementing technology for online learning for school. We currently have some recycled desktops and laptops to assist families that cannot afford these items or if you cannot afford to get the technology you do have repaired we can assist there as well. Also if you or anyone you know have machines you want to donate / recycle we will clean off your data and install updated software to donate these to families in need. These machines will be wiped of your data (DOD WIPE which means data cannot be recovered by whoever gets these machines) You can drop them off anytime or we can arrange a pickup as needed. Even if these machines are dead we can still setup the hardware to be recycled so they do not end up in the dump! Check out http://www.geekonthego.net/ for more information or email me at [email protected] Thank you everyone and have a fantastic afternoon!

I know I don't post on here as much as I should to generate traffic and or visitors but this has always been important to me and I wanted to send a reminder out there with the technology for a cause. So far in December we have used 0 of the PC's fixed for a cause. So if you have been meaning to get your PC looked at or fixed in anyway. Now is the time to do it! You can get your PC fixed. Donate that money to a good cause, and get a tax write off all at the same time! Or just donate to one of the great causes because you can! Thanks for taking the time to read! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone. Geek on the go would like to thank everyone for always supporting us and each other!

We are making our list and checking it twice! No, not for Santa, but for our 2018 Make A Wish Event. Local businesses will soon receive a visit from one of our wonderful volunteers in our effort to collect donations for our 2018 event and keep this amazing cause a successful one. Our event has grown every year, and this year so has our membership!
If you would like to help this amazing event remain a success for our ND Make-A-Wish kids, please consider making a donation. We will also have people in the community selling Raffle Tickets.
Thank you for everything this great community does for this event. It makes us proud to be members and proud of how people come together and what they can accomplish!
** Please like and share our page.** This helps get the word out, will show donations as they come in and we will post a surprise or two along the way.
If we get to 500 likes before the end of the week Eric Ewoniuk will donate $100 extra to the cause. If we get to 1000 likes Kelly Braun said he will double Eric's $100. Remember to "Like" and Share this page. This is a great family friendly event and we hope to see a great turn out to support the Make-A-Wish kids!! Thanks Again!
