⚠️ Urgent IT Alert: Windows 11 Bug Affecting SSDs and HDDs

If you or your team have recently updated to the latest Windows 11 build (KB5063878), please be aware of a critical bug that can cause storage drives to crash, freeze, or even disappear.

This issue has been linked to large, continuous file write operations. The symptoms can be severe, including system freezing and the potential for data loss.

What you should do now:

✔️Back up your data immediately. This is the most crucial step.
✔️Avoid large file transfers. If possible, wait for an official fix.
✔️Consider uninstalling the update if you are experiencing these issues.
✔️Stay informed. Follow official advisories from Microsoft.

This is a good reminder of the importance of having a robust data backup strategy in place. Stay safe and keep your data secure.
