In fine-grained estimation, Kingsoft Cloud adopts a variety of original coding tools to make combined decisions from the following three aspects: shift estimation, motion analysis and texture analysis, so as to achieve the best block matching. This coarse-to-fine cascaded motion estimation process greatly reduces cost of computing for the encoder. The actual test result shows that the speedup is 3 time faster or above in the low-latency live streaming scenario.
