Walking the venue and figuring out how people will actually move through the space.
Testing sound when the room is empty so it still holds when it’s full.
Mapping out where screens need to be so no one’s guessing where to look.
Building a run of show that makes sense, not just on paper, but in real time.
Running it back, adjusting, tightening the details.

Then once it starts, it’s about staying locked in, watching the room, catching the small things, and keeping everything moving without making it feel like it’s being managed.

Before the doors open, we’ve already been in the room—walking the space, checking sightlines, testing sound in empty seats, adjusting screens for the person all the way in the back.

Running cues more than once. Fixing things early so nothing has to be fixed in the moment.

During the event, it’s constant awareness. Small adjustments in real time. Reading the room, staying a step ahead, making sure everything flows the way it’s supposed to.

When a church needed a temporary sanctuary to continue gathering while their main space was under renovation, they faced one big challenge: how do you recreate the full worship experience in a temporary setting?

That’s where Goodboy Multimedia came in. 🙌🏾 We designed and built a complete setup transforming the space from staging and audio to IMAG screens. We created the sanctuary.
