She’s been bucked off a horse (and lived to tell the story), which she’ll casually mention like it was just another Tuesday. She insists she’s left-handed - but the data, and her right-handed golf swing, suggest otherwise.

Curious, creative, and endlessly good with people, Pam has a way of making everyone feel like an old friend. It’s probably why she’s so good at what she does. Just don’t ask her to drive over a bridge.

Meet Elie Nadler!

We're pretty sure Elie has completed the unofficial Iowa Grand Tour. She grew up in Cedar Falls, graduated from Iowa State, and now lives in Iowa City... at this point she's only a few miles away from earning honorary alumni status at all three state universities.

Fresh out of ISU and newly married, Elie joins our team as one of our graphic designers, bringing fresh ideas, creative thinking, and an eye for great design.

We're excited to have her on the team. Just don't ask her to pick a side in the Cy-Hawk rivalry. We like keeping the peace around here.

Curiosity was the theme. Trigonometry was the surprise.

While bringing this graphic installation to life at McDaniel College, our team found themselves dusting off a few high school math skills to calculate angles, align graphics, and ensure every piece landed exactly where it belonged.

Turns out great environmental branding requires equal parts creativity, craftsmanship, and the occasional reminder that you might use trigonometry someday after all.
