Very sad to hear this! Mike Beigel is the genius behind the Mu-tron III, Phasor II, and many more. One of the most influential inventors in the history of guitar effects. He was far ahead of his time - not to mention that he invented these effects when he was in his 20s!

I've been swimming in the Bi-Phase schematic for the past 3 months, so my appreciation for his brilliance has gotten even deeper as of late.
