October 2024 - Big NEWS is coming but let's start with this - under a new JV, a Delaware C corporation will be formed as issuer for SEC/FINRA Reg D offering, and invitations to participate as corporate founders will be available to accredited investors

Coin and Card Auctions closed two Reg CF offerings and wish to say a giant "Thank You" to our investors. We recently entered joint ventures expanding our digital fingerprint technologies into the world of art and anticipate up to 100,000 revenue-generating digital fingerprints on an 81 original artworks collection of appropriations art by Andy Warhol assistant Steve Kaufman and many of the artworks bearing the original signature of Stan Lee (done in collaboration) These DC Comic and Marvel Comic artworks are the only privately owned Pop Art collection of DC and Marvel Comic Superheroes that include animated NFTs and have never been seen or released to the public.
