Happy National Girls & Women in Sports Day!

We are so grateful for the endless lessons instilled in women through competition in sports, giving them the confidence to change the world!

94% of women in the C-suite played sports, demonstrating that sports participation helps girls develop into confident, fearless leaders in the boardroom. A few of the lessons learned on the field are:

• Achieving results takes time, dedication, and teamwork
• You can achieve significant things
• Confidence is key
• Learning from others who are different will help you be your best
• There are multiple ways to win
• Trust your instincts, find your strengths, and lead in your own style
