was my best trade show yet! i exceeded all of my business goals, but more importantly, i also got to connect with some absolute dream retailers that i am overjoyed to say will be carrying my hand-lettered goods soon! 🥰🥰

while i get my brain wrapped around all of the takeaways from this show (and the rest of my whirlwind east coast tour), here is a selection of my top-selling “newish” products from the show - one of my favorite parts of in-person events is getting to see how people react to my work and what they gravitate toward.

taking a 3-week vacation DURING one of the biggest wholesale events of the year may not have been my best plan, but i am so delighted at all the new shops carrying my products, and with your patience in shipping and fulfillment 💕

i’m enjoying the quiet beauty of the berkshires this week (in preparation for NY NOW next week!) and it always inspires me to add more nature-forward designs to my collection. fun fact: my bestselling “loch ness monster” birthday card was actually inspired by champ - lake champlain’s aquatic cryptid - on our trip there last summer 🤓

i am still literally overjoyed every time i find my products in real shops, so i decided it was long-overdue to highlight some of my favorite retailers in a new series!

H.R. Meininger Co. is my local family-owned art supply store in Denver, and has been a personal favorite since i was a kid (and has been around for over 140 YEARS!!), so this one holds a really special place in my heart. not only are they an INCREDIBLE two-story art supply store with every practical art material you could possibly need (or didn’t know you needed 😏) but they also have a truly incredible stationery section with every fountain pen, ink, notebook, and greeting card that your heart could possibly desire, with an emphasis on small, art-forward brands. swipe to see a few peeks into this amazing space!

the best part is that they employ artists who really know their stuff, so you can ask them almost anything about their products and they can REALLY tell you about the best fit for your project ❤️

i am still shocked every time i walk in (which is often lol) and see my hand-lettered cards, notepads, and stickers on the shelves 🥰🥰 it is a must-visit for any creative in denver!

i am always curious about The Data, so i thought i’d share some of my highest performing products from the last few months. some of these are perennial favorites, but it’s always nice to see which seasonal favorites rise through the ranks, and which new products are establishing a firm foothold (looking at you, nessie 💜)

I also restocked these designs and my most popular notepads, just in time for Faire Summer Market and NY NOW!

i'm so excited to share this illustration i created for my friends at UNION Craft Brewing's 14th anniversary celebration this past weekend 🍻

i have always wanted to illustrate a beer label, so this was the perfect chance to help expand my portfolio and work with a brand i genuinely love (the last time i was in baltimore, my suitcase was jam-packed with union brews on the way home 😅) swipe to see how my vintage travel postcard-inspired lettering was applied to posters, cans, and commemorative glassware for the big day!

while i am bummed to have had to actually miss the festivities, i loved being able to contribute in this way, instead ❤️ you can bet that union is gonna be one of my first stops when i get back to bmore next month!
