I'm exhausted by the constant use of "elites" as a divisive label by the conservative right in the United States. This term is not used to foster understanding or dialogue, but to create an "us versus them" narrative that stokes resentment and division. The truth is, we're all just people trying to make our way in the world, with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives. By demonizing so-called "elites," we're distracted from addressing the real issues that affect us all—like income inequality, healthcare, and climate change. It's time to reject these reductive labels and focus on what truly matters: finding common ground and working together to build a more inclusive and equitable society. Let's elevate the conversation and remember that unity, not division, is the key to progress.
