When an excavator finds “Rainbow Roots”…well…let’s just say they’ll train harder to not make that mistake again. Fortunately for this business, we were able to come in and temporarily restore service within 24hrs of the break. While the holes were open we were able to upgrade them from their 90s OM1 to single mode.
