Everyone keeps asking:

“Which AI should our business use: ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot?”

I think we’re asking the wrong question.

There isn’t one “best” AI.

ChatGPT may be great for one task. Claude may be better for another. Copilot can make a lot of sense when you’re working inside the Microsoft ecosystem.

And six months from now? The answer may change again.

The bigger question for businesses is:

How do we give employees access to the AI tools they need without losing control of our company data?

Because employees are going to use AI.

If you don’t give them an approved way to do it, you may end up with personal accounts, disconnected subscriptions, random AI tools, and company information being entered into systems you don’t manage.

That’s why I think the future of business AI is multi-model.

Give employees flexibility to use the right model for the job, but put governance, permissions, security, and data control around it.

Your employees need flexibility.

Your business needs control.
