The 'Thinkingphobia' Cure

The 'Thinkingphobia' Cure Eliminating the fear of thinking and learning. Fear of the new, different or changing at one time was no doubt necessary for survival. The cure is simple.

It is rooted in instinct, and served to keep us safe from potential dangers. We have evolved however, and fear, we have found, is often dysfunctional. Today we know that there are irrational fears, and that if we merely expose ourselves to those things that we are afraid of, we can become gradually more comfortable in the face of them, and overcome them. Some people seem even to fear thinking abou

Gradually begin exposing the self to new ideas, new people, cultures, subjects, wonders, philosophies and concepts, until it is no longer scary to think outside of the 'comfortable' familiar. It feels wonderful to overcome that primitive fear and begin welcoming and nourishing one's own growth and wellness, along with everyone else's.

It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day." ~Albert Einstein
