Your battery is normally rated to perform at 100% for at least 500 cycles of full discharge and then full charge. That is the definition of a full cycle. Most people do not cycle their Cell Phone daily, because it's impractical to stay awake and wait for it to fully die out, so we plug it in at 5-25% charge, before bedtime. This is what we all do, normally.
