After much prayer and discussion, we have decided to change our pricing for the parental control service that we offer. We do not want anyone to miss out because they do not have the income to pay for a service. Making sure families are aware of the dangers and making sure that they have the proper safeguards in place is very important to us. No family should be left out because of budget restrictions, all families deserve to know that their home is a safe place and a place that reflects their morals. Therefore, we have decided to make our parental control service free (with donations welcome-but not required) so that everyone has the opportunity to make their home reflect their standards.

App development consultation is a $100. In this consultation we will discuss the type of app you would like made, get an idea of the design, and a time frame for how long it will take to build. We will take this information and provide a quote within 1 business day.

The Wisephone. What is it and how can it be beneficial for you and your family? The Wisephone is a techless phone. It allows you to do only a few things which include: phone calls, texting, camera, maps, calculator, and clock (which features a stopwatch, timer, alarms, and world clock.) They describe their phone as “distraction-fee, ad-free, and addiction-free.” Their phone allows you to control what numbers can call/text as well as turn on or off individual features so you can only have what you find necessary for your family. Wisephone also has secure messaging. What does this mean exactly? They’ve disabled the ability to delete text messages. Messages can’t be deleted and are instead archived to a family portal that you as the parent, guardian, or accountability partner can keep track of. Did you know?

All internet browsers have an option for private browsing. Private browsing is where the sites that you visit cannot be tracked and will not show in your history. Also, you can delete certain sites from your history or delete your history all together? But, on most browsers there are ways to disable the private browsing mode and the option to delete history. Are you struggling or have questions as to what effects social media, phones, games, etc. can have on kids, or maybe even an adult -not just physically but also emotionally and psychologically? I would highly recommend reading "Irresistible' By Adam Alter.

This book gives so much insight on how technology can become addictive, interfering with our relationships, and responsibilities. It discusses how our brains work and why we find games, social media, and other apps so rewarding.

At the beginning of 2022 we signed a contract with a local non-profit organization to build an app in efforts to help them become more digital. It has been such a great experience working with this team and being able to help them bring their app idea to life. And, I might add, that it has also been pretty cool watching this app be built from the ground up.

We are also working on our own app with information/videos on what parental controls are available, along with the pros and cons for them, and how to set them up.
