Hello everyone! As you may have noticed we do not post much on here anymore since I (Jerris) have had my heart transplant. Quite honestly I expected to be able to do a lot more with my new heart but it seems that maybe my meds cause me many side effects and each and everyday comes with a lot of unknowns. We still have been selling internet, tv, and phone plans as well as fixing some computers, phones, and tablets so thank you to everyone who supports our small business and who has kept us going over the last several years with all of the medical challenges.

To help with income, my wife and I have decided to invest in to a new venture where she can take the reins and not depend so much on me. With that decision came the start up of Faith and Fire Grill. She will be conducting business out of a food trailer that is now placed out in front of our Communications business. We just completed the health inspection process and now need to secure the permit to operate in Danville, get the decals installed, and order the food in with start up hopefully being towards the end of this month. We will continue to operate our communications business so please keep on reaching out concerning those repairs, internet, tv, and phone plans. We still offer low voltage installs such as security camera systems, cell boosters, networking, etc but I have to depend on one of my contractors for help with those.

It is a shame I (Jerris) have to post this, but someone felt the need to take a picture of my work van parked in a 10 minute pharmacy spot at Geisinger Woodbine. What they probably don’t know is that first and foremost I have permission to park there when the handicap and other spots are filled near entrance since I regularly have to get 10 minute labs completed due to a recent heart transplant.

I really don’t know why people try to make others look bad when they don’t know the details. Please let this be a lesson to not always believe what you hear or maybe even see, and definitely don’t assume things.

Hello! Here is another UPDATE on the status of Jerris (me). I came back down to Penn Medicine/UPenn and they decided to keep me over a week and a half ago. They have bumped me up on the heart transplant list but I must remain in the hospital til I get a new heart. I have still been working almost morning til night in some manner while here at the hospital, and my wife has been helping with meeting with customers when she can.

Here is how you can help since we have had many people asking about helping:

This is a rare, very transparent kind of message that wouldn’t typically come from a business. Recently, we found out that the owner and main operator of our business needs to stay hospitalized in Philadelphia at UPenn for a heart transplant. We came to UPenn for an evaluation but they stated Jerris’ heart is too bad to leave, so here we are. Thankfully we have our internet customers who each help to generate a residual income for us while going through this process, so let me say thank you to all who currently support our business; especially our internet customers.

Unfortunately we are unable to do the store appointments right now, but we still have our tech support for questions/issues and we are still selling phone, TV, internet plans. We can easily ship out modems across the country right from the hospital. If you are interested in a phone, tv, or internet quote then please send us a message today.

Many have offered to create fundraisers for us during this time, but I would rather just ask you all to “like” our page and share our posts when you see them in hopes to gain more business.
