Adkins Communications will focus on residential services and subcontracting with internet service providers. We will bring innovative Reliability to your services with a multi division company.

Have you had your service for a while and and it just seems to not work quite how it should? This is frustrating when techs have came out multiple times and could not assist with resolving your issues with your service. Adkins Communications will partner and assist with your internet service provider to help with solutions. Our cabling and network division has crews to go to your home and troubleshoot from your modem to the mainline and replace any line or device to improve your service. Below are conversations held between a company internet service provider and a residential customer, check it out.

Customer: I have (internet service provider) and I lease there modem, my service is in and out constantly after multiple tech visits .

Adkins Communications: That's ok we have modems that you can lease with us or purchase, our modems are compatible with most internet service providers and are the top leading innovative modems in today's networks.

We will also test, troubleshoot, and or replace any lines on the premises with new and preferred lines or cables with the highest quality to ensure your home is certified. We will reach out to your internet service provider and notify them if any mainline issues present while troubleshooting. All records will be given to you as the customer and kept within the company for future troubleshooting issues or historical data as we will use to keep your service Reliable.

Internet service provider: We really have alot going on and not enough manpower to solve issues such as prone Outages and noise issues in the plant, can we get a business plan from you to see if we may be able to have you help us?

Adkins Communications: Absolutely! Adkins Communications understands that in today's world the information and communication component of our infrastructure is a huge importance to the world. Reliability has to be a key for schools, working people, and communication needs even more so with life alert and other 911 home systems. We will be glad to assist with your issues and are ready and available to help.

Adkins Communications will be launched approximately by February 3rd 2025.

It is with deep regret for my customers that I Joseph Adkins have resigned from Zito Media. Those of you who I have served it's been my pleasure. I hope each and everyone of you have a blessed day. Official end of shift is as of now.

Think about this when a storm comes through and your internet goes out. We have a lot of work to do at least 48 hrs worth day and night.

UPDATE JUNE 2ND 2:02PM
All customers have been restored!

UPDATE JUNE 1ST 11:05PM
Fiber crews spliced 1 section of fiber today. Another splice has to be done across the span to connect others. Some customers have had services restored, those who have not are expected to be restored tomorrow no later than 5pm

UPDATE MAY 30TH 9:38PM
Fiber crews were able to get the new lines on the poles, splicing crews expect tomorrow.

UPDATE MAY 30th 2:11PM
Broken fiber is coming off the poles and techs are installing new fiber lines as of right now.

UPDATE MAY 29TH 10:51PM
Fiber technicians found a break in Fiber on Moorefield Bridge Rd. It appeared to seem as someone tried to fix it and caused more damage. Fiber 3 poles in span now has to be replaced. No ETR at this time.

UPDATE 10:14PM MAY 28TH
Crews were able to restore services in majority of the are today. Fiber Outages are still being worked on continuing tomorrow May 29th.

UPDATE 1:25AM May 27th
Crews were able to get 76 people back online. These customers were mostly coaxial customers. A fiber line was also damaged in this incident. Fiber crews have been dispatched they will be arriving tomorrow for outage. Fiber is still being investigated. No ETR at this time, we are hoping to have this restored no later than Tuesday.

UPDATE 11:38PM May 26th
Crews are still working through the night to repair a line approximately 300ft. This is the trunk line carrying voltage out to amps on the main. Crews have worked since 6pm replacing connections and other devices broken during the incident. Service are expected to be restored by 2am due to weather delays.

UPDATE 5:31PM May 26th

Crews have been dispatched to the location of Whispering Pines RD and Martinsville Hwy to restore a trunk line damaged by a vehicle while detour and road closure was in place. Crews expect to start running the line at 6pm back across the road and restore 200 customers.

Currently we have a fiber outage Due to a downed utility pole. This will not be restored until approximately Tuesday evening. Fiber techs will be arriving Tuesday and will be focusing first thing on this outage.

UPDATE 9:09 June 18th

Techs have answered service calls in the areas and have identified and fixed issues unaware of. We are continuing work in the area ongoing.

Vandola Rd
Walnut Rd

Techs will be in the area sweeping noise as well as inspecting devices and making sure devices are configured correctly from May 28th to May 29th. Expect Intermittent services and crews in roadway.

Amp in a unreachable place due to wet ground needs to be investigated. Techs will not be able to reach this amp until ground dries some.
