We are saddened to share the passing of Bill Joyce, former President and Treasurer of B.L. Makepeace.
Bill dedicated 35 years to B.L. Makepeace, Inc. Bill was fully involved in the operation and direction of B.L. Makepeace, serving as its President and Treasurer, overseeing many changes in the industry, including the sale of the company’s real estate trust property, relocation, and helping shape the company's evolution from a long established industry leader into the modern organization we know today.
His leadership and commitment helped shape the company into what it is today, and his contributions continue to have a lasting impact.
He cared deeply about his community, valued family above all else, and left a lasting impression on the many people who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. Bill was deeply respected by colleagues, customers, and industry leaders alike. Bill's legacy extends far beyond the workplace, and he will be remembered as a genuinely kind person who made a positive difference wherever he went.
