Thank you to everyone who checked out Artificial Memory this week, our first app on the App Store and Google Play.

We're a small team and we want to make it better. If you tried it, tell us in the comments: what did you like, and what should we fix first?

Anyone. Anywhere.

A little story about why we made Artificial Memory 🍜

Patrick records his mom saying what she wants for her birthday: chicken coconut noodle soup. Weeks later, his friend Eddie is sure she said fish noodle soup.

Who's right? Patrick presses play on the original audio, and Mom answers for herself.

(Patrick, Eddie, and Rosy are made-up characters for this example.)

Artificial Memory is now on iPhone and Android:

Anyone. Anywhere. Tools & research with honest status.

How Artificial Memory works, in 3 steps:
1. Record the moment (a voice, a wish, a reminder).
2. Write why you saved it.
3. Add a Personal Note, like "Buy chicken + coconut milk."

Later, tap "Play original audio" to hear it exactly as it was said. Everything stays on your phone. No account needed.

Ever recall a moment one way while your family recalls it another? Artificial Memory keeps two records of each moment you save: the Original capture, as you entered it, and an Interpretation that's labeled Generated, drafted on your device by default, and yours to edit.
No account needed. Artificial Memory is on the App Store and Google Play.

Meet Z (say it "Zee") 👋 Our little R&D buddy now helps run the whole house, even old devices that were never smart, thanks to add-on buttons like SwitchBot. You just talk to him normally. Say "I need to shower" and Z turns off the AC, then turns it back on when the motion sensor sees you come back. Under the hood it's a tiny gadget talking to a Raspberry Pi running Home Assistant. We're even testing it in Burmese. Just a fun home experiment for now, nothing to buy. What would you ask Z to do? 👇

Our public line this season:

Many fields. Deeper understanding. One direction forward.

Blue portal. Growth green. A colorful asterisk for many fields meeting at understanding. A white line for direction — keep moving.

That’s Top Hacker Portal in one breath. Tagline: Anyone. Anywhere.

(New Page profile art is with Meta for review — same story, clearer mark.)

A few THP projects you’ll see labeled in development on our site:

🚗 Ride — a tool for asking a driver you already know. Not Uber-style matching. Not a pool of strangers nearby.
📦 Fabricator — make Objects, Fashion, or Recipes as downloadable files. We don’t print or ship for you.
💻 thp Workspace — a simple work shell in your browser tab (Phase 1). Not a whole operating system.

We’re building in the open with honest labels. Thanks for reading along.

Quick update from Top Hacker Portal:

Artificial Memory is in review with the app stores — not live for download yet.

What that means in plain words: we’re waiting for Apple and Google. When Apple approves, that build can release on its own. On Google Play we still press publish ourselves.

We’ll say when it’s actually available. Until then: in review, not shipped.

Anyone. Anywhere.

Building THP means prototypes, gear, and a lot of dead cells.

First pickup: 12 lbs of taped AA/AAA, bags full, plus light bulbs.
Second pickup: 3 lbs — only a few batteries this time.

Tape both ends so they do not short. Alone, that first pile takes forever. Still better than the landfill.

15 lbs diverted across 2 pickups.
