Earlier today, comic book artist Jim Lee posted his very first Marvel rejection letter. You don't really see this kind of honest input anymore because people are overly sensitive and tend to freak out when their work is critiqued. Modern rejection letters are mostly boilerplate text designed as good public relations material.

Too bad, because Jim's letter is the kind of stuff that can actually be HELPFUL to young artists.
