Buttt once the board went live, we did what a lot of agencies don’t do — we drove by to see it 🚗 👀
That’s when we noticed something important: the “Maids” 🧹 portion of the logo was reading too small 🤏🏻 and wasn’t coming through as clearly as it should. It wasn’t a production error, and it wasn’t anyone’s fault — sometimes a design just reads differently once it’s up in the field.
So instead of letting it ride and saying, “Good enough — we did our job,” or deciding we were too busy to revisit it, we made the adjustment, updated the creative and resubmitted the board.
