We can’t get enough of these time reveals! 👏

At TriDot Pool School in Dallas, dropped a 15% improvement on her time, from 1:26 to 1:13.

“TriDot Pool School is no joke! I just ended an amazing weekend in Dallas working on my swim form. I went from 1:26 100m time to 1:13! Insane. I never thought I could swim at that speed. What an amazing experience. I love getting the opportunity to hangout with other people who share my passion, too. I wish it wasn’t over bc I want to go again.”

We hear it all the time: swim zones are confusing. Especially when your pace, relative effort, and wearables don’t always line up. If this is you, then you’re in luck!

🎙️ In the latest episode of the TriDot Podcast, Coaches Brandy Ramirez and Matt Davies break down how TriDot determines your swim zones, how to track them accurately, and how to stay on target whether you’re in a 25m pool, 50m pool, or open water.

Who else is a little weird and superstitious?

In our latest Limitless session, opened up about race-day rituals, pressure moments, and the mindset that carried her from Olympic silver to IRONMAN World Champion and Paralympic gold. 🥇

The real takeaway is this: create calm in chaos, control what you can, and adapt fast when things go sideways. 💪

January is about intention. February is about following-through 💪

If training feels less exciting right now, that’s normal! The excitement of January begins to wear off as goals seem less shiny, and motivation can start to wobble.

So approach this less glamorous month as an opportunity to focus on settling into your training plan and building confidence in your sessions. February is a great time to focus on the basics: staying in rhythm and showing up for yourself, session after session 🤝

Locking in these foundations will set you up for the year ahead. Let’s get it!
