Here are some benefits of tracking your feelings daily:

1. Get some space and time to recognize your feelings
2. Get better at understanding how you need to best take of yourself
3. Get better at recognizing patterns and triggers that cause those feelings to shoot up
4. Get better at communicating your feelings with your near and dear ones
5. Get a better understanding if you really need support/help from a Therapist once you start recognizing your patterns and triggers
