Now individuals can create their own under me or the company for any official brands at Teams of Grace And Grooves Corp.
Absolutely take initiatives and own it too.
I will love to see what people bring to me as in business aka money, and opportunities to my company or teams or to Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj as by itself.
This is not for those who need my directive on anything.
Company welcomes every individual from all walks of life.
If i am to do supervision, direction, training of any type or be present constantly in person supervision, i am to advertise, i am to provide money for the time i hire you to get things done, i use my own cards on my everything, i book my own rentals that you provide services to me, i only lease place if i foresee 5-10 years of seeding projects, i give my infra, i only get it all coordinated and aligned, i only pay for all subscriptions for leads or on platforms, i give my name and company name to do anything i envision years before i meet anybody, i only give ideas, i design themes and lessons, i design and create sample costumes, i prepare lights, sounds-music riders too, i only prepare everything to be followed through, apparently until now my own kids-family members and friends are part of every class too (haha), i only give my own students that enroll to me directly, i give lesson-choreo plans too, i record too, i do post production work too, i only provide permits, i provide insurance liabilities, i pay or arrange for transport in some cases too(yes), i provide food too(in gigs), i provide costumes too, i only take certifications-licenses to work on, i take the messy part of this as when it goes south like it did from 2021-2024 and people were after me even when the fraudster lied about batches that she took on me without my permission or income and i dealt with it—the way i was supposed to(right?), i give laptop-phones-gears-everything, i put my money in all of it on my own, i only sponsor, i produce, i create and maintain, i only provide content, i train, i only put it out there for clients, i only direct and supervise what matters to customers or clients, so my 1 question on above
—-then how is any of above “yours” 🙂. Think!

Dare to be thankful (of me) that i provide credits aka names in every video to my interns, dancers who come by, vendors or just about anybody even if all of above is me—-behind them to see somethings happen in my company, just the way i want.
I was not behind any fraudsters though(haha). People assumed a lot

As an individual or a company, i or company cannot or should not and will not take responsibility of others brands or business unless its my own or any project or work was conducted on my permissions, on paper.
